Tranquillity, good food, amazing wines, accessible experiences nearby, and the estate offers accessibility. Today we are taking you on a tour of Lakeside Villas.
1/ Luxury & Tranquillity
The boutique luxury accommodation is perched on a lake amongst the vineyards, giving you a sense of floating. For your ultimate Vineyard escape, each of the three secluded villas comprises a fully self-contained experience with a well-equipped kitchen adjoining a dining area and an expansive living room.
The separate king size bedroom has a large walk-in robe, while other features include an authentic wood fire, deep spa bath and a BBQ on your private deck.
Your relaxing stay begins the moment you enter and gaze to the lake in front of you.

Lakeside Villas is well regarded for their attention to the little things to make your stay one of comfort and feel that you are truly valued. For example, RM left a google review “ The villa contains so many good features and you can tell the owners are attentive to the needs of their customers. Coffee, appliances, lovely smelling shampoo, candles, firewood, champagne- the list goes on….”
4/ Accessible Experiences Nearby
Another reason Melbournians flock to the area is the mineral Peninsula Hot Springs Spa nearby. (Click HERE) There are 3 disabled change rooms and toilets. There is also lift access to lower levels. The staff are unable to assist with transfers in and out of the pools, and as such, it is recommended to bring a carer for any assistance needed to get in and out of the pool.
The Lakeside Villas are conveniently located within Dromana and are a stone’s throw from all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including many restaurants and cellar doors, magnificent beaches, golf courses, farm gates around Red Hill, and adventure parks. Easily accessible from the Freeway, the Villas are located within 5 kilometres to Dromana township and 1 hour from Melbourne.

Key features in terms of accessibility are:
- There is a ramp entry from private carport attached to the villa.
- Grab handles near the toilet.
- The shower is step free, grab handle, handheld shower rose, and a shower chair is provided upon request. Please note, there is a very small lip on the shower entry and space is limited. The property is therefore not suitable for a roll in shower. If you can lift yourself onto the shower chair, then this property is ideally suited to your needs.
- The bedrooms are spacious with a 1 metre clearance around the bed and living room furniture.
- There is a 12cm gap under the bed for hoist equipment, and hoist, along with other equipment can be hired nearby.
